Oh and by the way I am not very fond of the place; however, I have a lot of family close by. I have traveled quite a bit and know where I want to go after my youngest graduates next may...lol
Hi Billie, thanks for dropping by. I have been really busy lately and just getting over the flu so I haven't spent too much time on raw Fu. Just looking forward to spring. Winter in Ohio is way toooooooo long. How are you doing? Hugs your way, Lisa
Billie, I don't know if you know about the Local Harvest Market here in Tucson. It's a market but all local organic food and they carry a lot of raw stuff too. They just opened recently and already with the economy may have to close on Monday. I can't make it but they are having a meeting tonight that's open to everyone to try to figure out what they can do to stay open (co-op, get investors, etc.).
Anyway, wanted to pass that along and if you know anyone else that's interested here in Tucson, let them know. Here is the link to the website and their number for the time: http://localharvestmarketplace.com/index.html
Good here in seattle, just COLD and GREY! I go on a short visit to california and I am counting down the days like a 6 year old waiting for christmas. I have x's on the calender and everything. How's arizona? Nice and warm?
Not too much news this side. Not as excited about this challenge as the first one, must be because it is winter and it is harder. Lots of new faces on the site. Miss some of the old Raw Fu'ers who have disappeared. It's cold her in Ohio, snow on the ground, but still pretty. Hope you have a great afternoon. Lisa
