Expensive sure for the most part, but the kelp noodles with a handful of veggies would make a yummy dinnner for less than a couple of bucks.

Hey,I went to Whole Markets on Speedway and there was a very good selection of raw foods. Whole Foods is sort of out of my way so I had not been there in a while and I was pleasantly surprised.

Wow...alcohol really is a poison...

Just an update to say, Holy Hell. I feel like I might just fall over dead as a doornail at any moment. A friend had a huge birthday/film festival party last night at a local indie music/movie dive and I went, and actually had alcohol for the first time in ages...and the first time since I've been raw.

I was messed up after a few sips, but having fun, and I only ended up having about a drink and a half over the entire night...but still, I woke up this morning and had to peel myself out of bed...… Continue
