Why Do You Want to Join Raw Fu?
I first was introduced to raw foods in January 2008.

I decided to join the raw fu challenge to help encourage and support my commitment to a raw food lifestyle. I would like to meet similar minded people in varying stages of this lifestyle and learn.

Starting August 1st, I am going to put an emphasis on being 100% raw until dinner. Dinner with the family I am going to try to keep vegan with some occasional fish.

I really need to get back to journaling again to figure out what is not going right lately.

B: 4 oranges fresh juiced, banana, green apple, glasses of H20

L: SAlad with cucs, zuchinni, carrots, (dill havarti cheese, 2 tsp ranch) and two slices sprouted grain bread, (2 pats of butter) along with honest tea, (3 squares organic chocolate).

S: raisens, walnuts (about 10 candy corn -yikes) tea/water, (about 10 crackers)

Happy day #30 ....

Well, this 10 days has been a bit tough, lots of work stuff happening, school stuff, and just all around things to distract me from keeping up with my blog and eating as raw as I would like.

Earlier in the 10 days I was really excited because I finally saw the scale dip into the 153's, something I hadn't seen in years. Saturdays thoughts....

I didn't even realize till Bunny mentioned it today that we are almost 1/4 of the way through the challenge. One hundred days seems a lot smaller when it is broken down into 25's.

As per usual, I woke up and gained this morning. Seems like the way things work with me on the weekends when I have more cooked food.

Friday:

Things ended up being not so relaxing as I thought. Daughter went to school late, Home economist really didn't have what I needed, so that was disappointing... but... the evening was fun. Good dinner with hubby and then watched 21. Didn't stay as raw as I would like. ....always tomorrow.

awesome on the weight loss . . my scale says I've lost a little more weight but to me I look exactly the same in mirrors and photos, and my clothes basically fit the same, so I'm not celebrating just yet.

Things are going well for me. I gave notice on my job yesterday and am all about figuring out "what next" . . or not. Basically still just dealing with one day at a time . . . .

There are so many Raw Fu-Reaks now that I have a hard time keeping up with everything. When I'm only allowing myself ten minutes I tend to skim the images until I come across people I know . . . and that's what I mean that I keep missing your posts.
