snack:
2 carrots
3 tbsp bean-free (zucchini) hummus (ani phyo)
cup of blueberry tea
late lunch:
1/3 cup guacamole
1/2 a cucumber, sliced into "chips"
1 slice raw berry cream pie
dinner:
1 slice raw pizza w/ dried black olives, sundried tomatoes, fresh basil, tomatoes, macadamia nut "cheese" & marinara sauce (ani phyo). sooooo good.

It's not a blender. It's a way of life. I've had mine for, what, a week? And I'm telling you. It's something else. In fact, I just logged on over here specifically to post about the (warm) smoothie I'm currently drinking and how it's just...WOW, dude. I get it. The blender I had before was decent as far as blenders go, but this one? And it's not even the one Costco has -- it's the 4500, so lower on the Vita-mix totem pole -- it's the bee's knees.
GET IT.
