Hi everyone. i made it through the day. had 2 nice smoothies today. Had a nori wrap with cucumber, avocado for lunch and some nice asparagus and salad for dinner. im going to go for a walk in a bit. i also went to the gym today. So i hope everyone else had a good first day.

hello everyone, i have never blogged before.
im starting out the nite before my challenge, cutting up all fruits and veggies for the next couple of days. i have my juicer, food prep, and dehydrator out for future use. im looking up all sorts of recipes on the web. i do have carol alts book, i have read it a few times. i have been 80-85% raw the past 2 weeks, and my goal by the end is to be 95%.

I hope she chooses you, sounds like it would really give your raw life a big boost!!!
When you do get time, you can do food prep ahead of time, like making a big tray of raw lazagna, then freezing individually wrapped pieces (or even the whole tray!) Some folks do a weeks worth of meals (for basic things) one day a week...

if you type in lasagne, 6 come up, lasagna, then 25, so try different spellings for things...
...you can also type in recipes based on whatever equipment you have, or ingredients, too, I think...
...anyways, I hope your life can slow down a little soon, & you catch up fast! & please don't sacrifice sleep in order to maintain this schedule!!! (I know, homework can keep you up!)
