Thank you! I found a recipe online for a 'shampoo' of 1 tsp of honey & the juice one orange mixed in some chamomile tea. I only started to use OJ because someone on here (rawfu) said you should use instead of ACV & that OJ had a similar effect . Do you think it'd be a good idea to cut out the citrus all together? I'm not really up on understanding the PH balances of things, but I'm open to trying something new.

Oh cool, thanks. I might try the avocado one because any left over can go into my mouth! I hope you don't mind if I pick your brains a little.....I decided to go 'poo free' because I have a physical disability & sometimes find it exhausting putting my arms arm to wash my hair. I just stopped washing with shampoo & conditioner until I read that doing a baking soda rinse help to combat the greasiness & that should be followed with some sort of citrus rinse (can't think of the reason right now), until your hair get used to not producing as much oil & then you can just 'wash' in water. In your opinion, is this the best method or should I scrap the baking soda/OJ & do something else (like the avo)?

Evelyn,

I want to thank you for your positive comments about my "Daddy's Little Girl" video/song. It always makes me feel great to know that my music has touched someone's heart. You said, "I'm trying to not cry...." Sweetheart, it OK to cry. In my song I repeat in the lyrics a couple of times, "I'm going to shed a tear." That's what tears and tear ducts are for, crying. It's an emotion, whether for joy or sadness, that needs to be utilized. Our society put this in our minds, especially men, not to cry. Crying is as normal as laughing. Cry your heart out. It healthy for us. My heart goes out to you. Remember, you will always be "Daddy's Little Girl." Again, thanks and have a beautiful raw day!

With love,
Peter Love

Evelyn, I love your new hair! It is beautiful and you are gorgeous in your photos!! I know it's a big step to make such a dramatic change in your appearance, but it becomes you. And thanks for your videos. I loved the one about tasting the durain. You are a brave woman. I don't think I could do it!
Take care
