Day 28 - Food & exercise log

I've been forgetting to keep track of what I'm eating. Here is my entry for yesterday:

- juice of 6 Cara Cara oranges
- 2 litre container of Ontario blue grapes
- banana smoothie (8 bananas & water)
- small glass of green juice (lettuce, celery & cucumber)
- whole small-ish watermelon

- walked 1.5 hours

Day 25 - Food & exercise log

- 1 apple
- 500 ml mandarin juice
- 2/3 of a 2 litre box of Ontario blue grapes
- the remaining 1/3 of of the Ontario blue grapes
- some bad cooked food
- walked 1.5 hours

I was on such a high most of yesterday since we were at the 1/4 marker for the challenge. I was feeling so proud of how well I've been doing, and then I went and gave in to cravings at dinner. Go figure! Anyway, I'm not beating myself up about it (the insane thirst last night and painful stomach is more than enough punishment… Continue

Days 22, 23 & 24 - Food & exercise log

What an incredible journey this is. I can't believe how well I'm doing and how much I'm enjoying this and having fun. I gave up my weekend trip to the farmers' market in order to spend an extra day hiking in the mountains. It was a really hard hike (15 km and 1140 meters [3740 ft] of elevation gain) and I was so proud to have done it. That was the most elevation I've ever done in one day. Day 21 - Food & exercise log

Has it really been three weeks already? Woohoo! I'm doing really well and feeling awesome. This morning on my 1/2 hour walk to the train station, I had incredible energy and felt like I wanted to climb a mountain. (Good thing that's exactly what I'll be doing tomorrow!)

- juice of 3 grapefruits
- smoothie (8 bananas & water)
- smoothie (9 bananas & 5 peaches)
- salad: romaine lettuce & lots of cherry tomatoes, no dressing
- 4 peaches

- walked 1 hour

Day 20 - Food & exercise log

I'm in peachy heaven with all of my B.C. peaches! I must get back to the Farmers' Market for another case this weekend. Yesterday's food and exercise:

- juice of 4 grapefruits
- 8 peaches
- smoothie (5 bananas & 5 peaches)
- 1 head of lettuce with 6 peaches sliced on top
- 8 peaches
- 6 peaches

- walked 1.5 hours
