BTW, about sprouting... broccoli sprouts can get really smelly and they grow this fuzz type stuff that is TOTALLY normal.. it is not mold, but looks like it. Just rinse, rinse and rinse!.. and when they are finally sprouted, dry them well and place them on a plate on paper towels to dry even further (I do this at least for 24 hours.. you will have to change the paper towels and turn the sprouts over so they get super dry and green)
