Green juices may be helpful for you, since juices generally absorb quicker/easier without having to go through the whole digestive system like the fiber-filled smoothies & whole foods do.

That's a good point Jen. The leafy greens have a ton of amino acids. If I recall, Victoria said stuff like animal protein has to be broken up in the human body, and reassembled whereas the amino acids just get directly assimilated...

update- camera is packed

I weighed in today at 344. I started at 380. I feel good and my breathing is so much better! This wed will be 3 weeks since surgery. My lungs feel stronger and I have not had any breathing issues in over 3 weeks. I am slowly learning how to eat again and integrating raw juices veggie juices back into my diet. I am back in california and today we are moving our belongings into our new townhouse.

Today I lost a friend

God forgive me for not reaching out to her. She died of an overdose....she was beautiful and bright ...a spirit that lit up the room....God have mercy on me for not reaching out to her.....I had no idea.....
TELL SOMEONE YOU LOVE THEM AND HOW THEY CAN COME TO YOU FOR ANYTHING......
