I'm jumping in with you, Bunny. I get into these horrible vicious cycles of sugar, followed by savory, followed by sugar, followed by savory. I'm not hungry -- I'm just not satisfied, and I know it's all in the mind. So for this challenge and prob...
Admiration for Rory has gone up several notches. I love the way he interacts with his mother and is going to help her out during this challenge and you can see that he loves doing it. What a guy!
I've done so much better on this challenge than the last two -- so there is improvement as I go along. Next challenge is going to be even better. I have two problems in my raw food journey -- I'm not a domestic goddess so I don't like to spend a l...
Thanks girl! I have been noticing a difference in my stomach and hips. I really noticed that my stomach was much puffier after having my son, but now it's not AS huge. It's still big but doesn't protrude as much as it did when I started. So that is VERY encouraging. :)
I think after my 30 days are over I will continue doing almost 100% raw. I want my daily, regular, routine to be 100% raw but if I get invited out to go for dinner once in a while it would be nice to go and have something cooked. I think as long as I am mostly raw that will be a major accomplishment for me considering how horrible my diet used to be!
I'm amazed how fast this 30 days has gone though. I thought it would seem like an eternity....
Thanks so much for your comments, I love the feedback! :)
Aww I am sorry to hear about your crummy year last year with your babies! It is sooo incredibly hard to lose a pet, nevermind 3. :( Thank goodness you still have 2 to keep you company. I know how empty it feels when there are no pets in the house.
That is so great that you volunteer with that organization. Sounds like a wonderful service they offer.
Thanks for the encouragement and support. It means the world to me!!
P.S. Can I move to Bermuda with you?!?!? I am not a big fan of Canadian winteres. hahaha :)
Thanks for being my friend! I am happy to know you are enjoying my videos, I enjoy making them!! They really are a great tool to stay accountable. I can be too wishy washy with committments made only to myself. Now that it's out there for everyone to know about I *have* to do it! :)
Love the pictures of all your fur-babies. How many do you have in total??
they can be stubborn little blighters! They have such character though. The chestnut-louis, he was such a cheeky boy but he was fantastic. Lovely and friendly and easy to catch. One of our old mares, rose, was such a big softie. She would always come up to you in the field and nearly sit on you so you would stratch her bum or belly!
I miss them loads. They were such a big part of my life. One of the foals i bred-hannah, would follow me around the field and neigh at me if i went into another field!
Let me just tell you I just saw you are from Bermuda! WOW I took care of a woman and became very close to her. She had brain cancer and was in the USA for treatment. She always talked about the fruits and fresh foods in Bermuda. I felt as thought I had been there before. She mentioned the people and how wonderful they are. You have just proven what she said even more. She passed away 2 years ago and this was a wonderful reminder to me of her. xxxxooo. Ann
