Okay so i've been off track for a few months but now I'm back...I am ready to get back to feeling amazing...I feel better when I"m close to 100% Raw...It's been a struggle with the recession but it's time for me to stop making excuses because I will pay the price in the long run for my failure to be healthy......
Sorry for the late response! So glad you are back :) I have been off and on 100% raw, but I am able to maintain high raw no prob. I still remember you were the person who inspired me to start making videos after watching your master cleanse vids!

Definitely being busy keeps me from eating stuff I shouldn't. Unless it's busy at the computer, then I find myself munching just to munch!! I am uploading my vids. I am done with cooked food for a while, we have 6 weeks left of this challenge and I wanna finish it with a bang! I am glad you are still here. Looking out for your vids. I have been totally screwed up since I tried the cooked food. I didn't mention in my vids that my breath smelled, and I felt a coating in my mouth. Not only that my joints ached like arthritis, yes, body odor, energy crashes and major cravings. WHAT THE HECK??? Now, I am having a hard time being 100%. This whole week I think I only did 100% one day. The rest was like 80-90%. I really need to get back on track. One thing is for sure, I am much better than I was before this challenge started with working out and eating raw. I can only imagine where I'll be in another 100 days. I know raw is the way for me. It seems that raw is just like working out, if you miss a day , it makes it harder to get back on track. Good luck girlie and thanks for watching my vids. :) Where are yours these days?
