Hi there! I recently got and have been perusing the 80-10-10 book, and haven't gotten through much of it, I tend to jump around the text, but love the menu ideas so far. When eating all this fruit and working out, are you getting enough protein to build muscle and where from? I know I could find the answer in there, but do you have a quick one?
