Mine all revolves around gluten too.. maybe just a few pretzels are oK? please? I think I could cure depression once and for all if I would get off the crap gluten, but I guess I"m not ready to clean depression out of my house yet?…
In answer to your question...we're halfway through a 40-day Rawfu challenge, but you decide what your level of challenge is. For some it's 100% raw, for others it's eating high raw or jsut eating more raw foods. And there are various groups for special interests like athletes, 80-10-10, etc. If you go back to Day 1 of Bunny's videos, that will supply more details on the challenge. There's an online Rawfu holiday party on Dec 14, check the Events tab to learn more. Basically we're all here supporting each other at whatever level of raw we're going for.
I've been raw since August 1, when Bunny's first 100-day challenge started. (There's another 100-day challenge starting in January.) I've had a few backslides but I"ve always been able to find my way again. I love how i feel and like how i am when I eat raw foods.
How about you? What got you started on raw foods? Do you live in a place where there are other raw foodists? I live in Austin, which just got its first raw food restaurant.
