over the past 21 months, i've made raw foods a foundation for nourishing my body, soul and spirit. i wanted to connect with a community of people doing the same. it's been a steady, dramatic shift from a typical american diet to eating with understanding and purpose. i'm currently on an extended juice feast to reboot my "innermost" parts." i'll reach the benchmark 92 days on monday, april 13, but will continue through april. no heroics. my body is simply still detoxing and i want the process to run full course. among the benefits? mental clarity, insight to the future, weight loss, body reshaping, increased muscle tone, clear skin and inner voice (i can hear my body). now let's see how i come out on the other side of this.
