Thanks for the kind words everyone! It helps to get some feedback! At this point, I had released about 13 pounds or so, but got pretty derailed last week when I made Ani Pho's buckwheat crunchies. It turns out I have a pretty bad allergy to any ki...
I can definately see a big difference in your complexion, your skin tone, your radiance! (I can see the difference in my skin in not even a week of high or 100% raw...my teenage daughter's too!)

I had to check and re-check as you look amazing in such a short amount of time...It really is fantastic there are huge differences. You are looking so much younger congrats!!
Wow!! You look AMAZING!!! You were beautiful before anyways but you are right. Raw just changes you and you glow and radiate a whole different energy. Congratulaions on feeling so great. :)
I went on a high raw diet in early June of this year, and this is my progress so far! I am really feeling good! I was having a really tough time with fatigue and bloating before the change, but that is all gone now! I find I don't really like cook...

Have you had a transformation in health, mind, body, or spirit?
my kitchen and sleep area are adjacent to each other and when i'm dehydrating it does make a loud constant drone. i thought it would keep me up at night, but it became "white noise". i do appreciate the silence when it's all over.

I have a round one--not like yours--but it's not worth much. I had to slice strawberries very thin to get them to dehydrate; needless to say, I ran out of space. As a result, 10 bucks worth of strawberries got moldy.

You are so welcome :) It gives me joy to know that I am helping someone that is in a place where I have been. I struggled a lot at first. I would be ravenous at night and binge on pasta! Then I had a day where I felt SO awful and I just resolved myself to the fact that I had to leave the food that made me so sick (chronic fatigue, more like exhaustion!) behind... grains. Now if I'm hungry at bedtime, I eat bananas. At first I had to eat two or three. Now that my body is more well nourished I can eat one or perhaps just eat an apple and be fine. Believe me your body will adapt as you treat it well. It does take time and patience to find what works for you personally. I can't encourage you enough to stay with it.
Yes, listen to what your body is REALLY saying to you... "I need nourishment, not just something to fill my stomach..."
My original goal was to feel well, but this raw lifestyle gave me a gift that I didn't expect. I hope you receive this freedom and that you have many more surprises in store!

Food can be enjoyed in amazing ways without it taking possession of your will.
You just gave me my goal!! I have never been able to say that about my own life - that is what I am going to try to learn how to do from now on!
(I copied and pasted over here because I don't get alerts for discussions and don't know if you do. I need to look into that :)
