Hey Bob ... When I had all my amalgam fillings removed my Holistic Dentist gave me the exact same advice !! He took my blood (quite a lot of it actually :-) and urine and gave me a complete picture of my blood chemistry. It was fascinating !!
I haven't been compelled to post anything on Raw Fu for a while now but, Bunny, you have got me feeling very passionate about this issue so here are my feelings ....... I just had to say here that I agree with Terry. I feel that we crave the sugar...

- I love love love this beautiful community that Bunny has brought together and feel blessed to be part of it. I am here to both share and learn at the same time. The raw food community here in NZ is still very small so finding additional support online is invaluable :-)

Anastazia said… - Hello again! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, been doin' a sewing marathon, & having major carpal tunnel sydnrome & tennis elbow, so typing's been really painful & I had to stop for a few days!
I'm from Kamloops, about 4 hours from Vancouver, where I lived for 7 years before i got married & moved to Texas for 6 years, then for 7 more years afterwards, until 4 or 5 years ago....I love the coast, the ocean, the mountains, & my friends there, but hate the size of the city...(for living there, & raising my daughter, anyways...it is a beautiful place...& I love the rain!) If you do get to come visit, let me know ahead of time, maybe we can co-ordinate a trip, & meet up there! THere's a raw cafe called "Gorilla Foods" & a few other RawFu'er's in the area, we were just planning a meet-up, but I had to cancel my trip!
So how are you doing with raw? Are you high raw, or 100%? What benefits have you experienced, & how long have you been doing this?
I'd love to know more about what this has been like for you, if you have time, maybe you could start up a blog (here on this page), so we can follow your adventures with this!
I love your earrings, by the way! They look like ones a friend of mine used to make...they really suit you!
