Hey Lola,
Those lettuce wraps look really good!

Yea-the Dark Knight was fantabulous-I want to see it again in the theater before they stop showing it.

BTW-You know you're a raw foodist when you sneak Goji Berries into the movie theater.LOL

hey, thanks for your blog comment. i'm trying not to get too excited since it was undeniably water related. I promise that I am going to lay off the damn thing for at least a few days! I was thinking about making some "real" food tonight...something other than a salad! Definitely lots of good ideas today.

Lola is my favorite female name! Lola and Lula.

This is how I make my favorite raw sushi
Julian Carrots
Green Onion (green part only)
Cucumber (I prefer without the seeds, but you can leave them)
Sliced Avocado
Wasabi (I use the powdered you mix yourself)

Your favorite Mushroom (but not the white, they really don't add anything). Slice the Mushrooms and soak them in 50/50 water and Namu Shoyu. for 20 min to an hour. You can use all namu Shoyu but it is to salty for me.

Then I take the Sushi Nori sheets (not toasted, raw) I spread the wasabi on one end, and I layer the fillings at the other end. The wasabi will help keep the roll from unrolling. If you don't like wasabi you can mash avocado or just wet the end when you get there.Try to use the most wet last so the nori doesn't get to wet before you roll it. Then I roll it all up and cut right away. If you don't cut it right away it gets to most and you will have hard time cutting.

yea, me too. I think it's pretty good. I like the green lemonade. On her website, she has a blog for women, and it makes a lot of sense. Good Luck with the Challenge!

You are going to LOVE to sprout! It is so fun and so fresh and so green. It just feels really right, having a little garden to snack on right in your kitchen window! I can't wait to hear what you are sprouting and how it turns out. It is very easy to do, my kids are actually take care of the sprouts in our house!

Weight is back down to my lowest - 156.8!

The pumpkinseed dibs came out so good! I'm limiting myself to just one a day as a dessert though!

Yesterday I had a green smoothie for breakfast, fruit and raw sugar snap peas for lunch, and fruit and my (cooked meal under 450 calories) for dinner with one pumpkinseed dib for dessert.

Today I'm having a banana nut… Continue
