in need of some help

as we do not have medical insuarce i can not go to the dr and that that this is what going on i know i have candia under my arm pits and one breast it bad this time of year what to do would be great second i now have red spots a bit hard on my arms and shoulder and they are very itch i thought there where fleas but do not know we had to get rid of dog so i am total lost now thanks for any advice love u all

You can find it at any healthfood store worth it's salt, or go to www.iherb.com I like them. I could send you more anti-candida info.....my 14 yr old son and I are starting a strict candida program together tomorrow. I was trying to do it by myself, but it is hard. I once did it for 6 years, but I had no choice if I wanted to feel at all like myself. Being an example for my son will be good motivation.

If you have candida manifesting itself on your skin, you have candida in your body. If you are not eating 100% raw, then you need to stop eating all fruits, all yeasted breads, anything made with any amount of sugar. And you need to take Grapefruit Seed Extract (made by Nutribiotics) it comes in capsules, tablets and a liquid. The liquid is the most potent, works the best, but also is very strong....not for the faint of heart. I take 51 drops at a time mixed with a full dropper of liquid stevia and a very small amount of water. But that is hard core usage (which you need.....but don't have to do.) Other good things are Bioxclor, Colloidal Silver, Oregon Grape Root, Rooibos tea, Pau d'arco tea. For relief for your skin put Dr. Scholl's footpowder on the afflicted areas....it helps alot. Also take lots of good probiotics. PB8 is a good one, not too expensive. Take 2 of them 3 times per day, right before meals, faithfully, for a long long long time (ie is a good idea to take them daily forever).
