Keep trying, never give up. Thanks for your honesty . I needed to hear it. I've been off the wagon too. Yesterday I told myself to get back on track and it did not happn but right now I will do it. May be we could encourage each other. :)

- Susan got a really bad tick bite just below her neck this past week too. I hate it when that happens. Put lots of clay packs on it ok? Tea tree oil too.

- Hi there! I sent up prayers for you and Nolan today at church....actually everyone at church sent the prayers up...hope you are doing well. I am on the holiday challenge. Juicing alot AND gave up beer 7 days ago...I do drink some wine in the evening...but am over the beer thang....Wish me luck....write me back and let me know what's going on, OK?

- What's up? I have been curious about your new property and the general going's ons....I am doing the holiday challenge. 2 days in so far so good! No Beer! No Gluten! for 2 whole days. Lots of juices and raw salad. Feeling sooo much better. I really do love raw.

- HI! Yes, the next batch was just as good or better! I ate it with avocado...am just finishing a green smoothie...trying real hard to get very high raw..still on an intestinal cleanse. Talk to you soon.

- Hey are you on the'Fu while in the big city? How's it going? I have just started an intestinal cleanse. Really trying to maintain the no-alcohol thing. Its hard. I didn't realize just how deep I had gone til I tried to quit. Still having a few drinks a day as I wean off. Pete helps keep me accountable by keeping it all out of the house. Let me know how things go at Nolan's Birthday. He is a big boy. Will you give him an Orange juice for me?! He said it is his favorite! And man oh man...Jeremie has really come into his own this summer and esp. fall, huh? I am very proud of him for becoming more of his own man. He is growing up too!
