Have another suggestion if you don't feel like eating salad; have another green smoothie! I don't know about you, but I really can't envision getting tired of those...ever. Lol...but maybe that's just me. You do what's right for you!

Raw Food...New Me!

So I'm not completely raw as of yet. I'm slowly having green smoothies everyday, eating more veggie's, etc. I'd like to go completely raw I think, for the most part. My reasons for doing so:
- Improve my mood, because I can be an uber-bitch, especially lately as my job sucks.
-Not get sick so often.
-Feel good when I eat something, not guilty.
- Lose weight. Dropped these 11lbs I've gained in a year- *sigh*
-Gain a new perspective on food and being well.

Lol!!! I remember them hahaha, I was listening to a remix done with them and another pop band called A-Teens. Lol so lame but mehhh...reminds me of those years. :P Muscular legs eh? Sounds like mine hahaha, it's like the flabby skin that was there just completely tightened up exercising and eating a mainly raw food diet. So nice! That's great though, I hope you're feeling good too! I had to fast today, well from last night til today when I went to go get my blood work done. I wouldn't mind doing a juice fast in the future... for like a few days just drink juice or green smoothies. Would be interesting, what do you think? ooh! I just had a half a cucumber, so nice to eat because they're so refreshing. :) I suggest you have one when you can, they're too lovely to miss out on. Oh and what veggies and fruits are your favourite now? I love papaya and mango because they're huge and really juicy. Yum.

Btw, life isn't all about food! Hhahaha, it startles me sometimes, but when I'm not doing a lot of school stuff, I get so wrapped up in my diet stuff that I forget there's more to life. Lately obsessed with 90's and early 00's music. :D Remember that song by Nelly- Number 1, it came out in 2001! And 'It Makes Me Go MMM' by Jazmine... oh and 'Freed From Desire' by Gala (it came out sometime in 1996 apparently! I don't remember it but meh... lol good times just chilling to those old hits I heard when I was a kid. OMG listen to 'Fat Boy' by Max A Million- two words for you: Roller Gardens. ;)

tip here: if you're really dehydrated, as well as drinking water, have a raw red pepper. ;) I was so dehydrated last night (after naughtily eating mini chocolate eggs...yes I know... lol) BUT I had a whole red pepper cut up and was totally satisfied.
