So I'm not completely raw as of yet. I'm slowly having green smoothies everyday, eating more veggie's, etc. I'd like to go completely raw I think, for the most part. My reasons for doing so:
- Improve my mood, because I can be an uber-bitch, especially lately as my job sucks.
-Not get sick so often.
-Feel good when I eat something, not guilty.
- Lose weight. Dropped these 11lbs I've gained in a year- *sigh*
-Gain a new perspective on food and being well.
-Learn to make good dishes as I might be…
