One time I dehrated something so long it was rock hard! (Onion ring chunks)...I was so mad, I sprayed it with water & started over...it was still inedible!!!
I even chugged a smoothie that tasted HORRIBLE cuz I didn't want to waste all the nurtiou...

I've had great luck w/parchment paper and the Excalibur Teflex sheets.
My fave cracker recipe is 'good seed crackers' - very nutritious due to the var...

Gosh that really sucks! I hate it when food goes to waste. But I think Bunny's suggestion of parchment paper is right on the mark. i wondered for a second or two if you could just moisten the cracker from the wax paper, but Bunny is right the wax ...

Some people online had used wax paper, though, so I don't know how they got theirs to peel off. I know now, though! Live and learn, I suppose.
I did manage to break a tiny piece from the wax paper and it tasted really good so...
What a bummer!! I think you have to use parchment paper since the wax will start to melt if it's a little warm. Oops! We live and learn, don't we. But sometimes with raw foods our mistakes can be expensive!
I got my crackers in the dehydrator! I used some lemon juice, organic garlic salt, and pink sea salt. And I ended up using broccoli slaw in the place of the bell peppers. I went with the apple in place of the zucchini, though, so I hope I managed ...
