I fell off the wagon a few days ago, but I am back on the horse now. I made some unhealthy choices during the weekend, because I didn't prepare. I am forgiving and moving on. My son will probably come over to the raw side, but my God-children, will probably still love the meat. :)
Wow.. thank Priscilla. You went from 173 to 135 without exercise? I'm at 248 and exercise is a huge challenge. but I can't seem to lose much without it. Staying raw is hard too. And I like it. but other stuff is hard very hard to resist. I need a kick in the butt. lol
Thanks so much! I have done it before for a few months but it was a difficult time to try to make a huge change. Got my ducks in a row now, and after only 2 weeks I feel SO much better. The clarity is amazing.
