November 4- Daikon Dissolves FAT & Health History Practice

You are so right! When I didn't feel well, I did an enema, and added some green juice to it (per hippocrates book I read) and in only 5 mins I felt like a new person.

Worn Down

Some people think I'm crazy, but some admire it. I notice how they think it's a good thing, but they don't think that they can do it themselves. Many do encourage me to go forward with it though, par…

GREEN HELP PLEAZZZZZ

1 to 2 lbs. Wow, I don't eat nearly enough. I had better get some more, but it's so expensive. But it's def worth it. I'm a spinach-aholic. I need to diversify, lol. As far as counting toward the gr…

Dry Skin

Take some Udo's oil internally, omega 3,6,9 plus dha. My skin was the worst, don't even mention my hard scaley feet. But it's all nice now, Thanks Udo! No more ash! A tablespoon per 50lbs body weight…

I find myself increasingly inspired by pics of people's before and afters. Whether they are raw or not, they inspire me to keep going. I have never weighed less than my husband, and that doesn't make me feel good. I don't have a goal weight in mind;…

Today is my 1st day 100% raw, again. The last time I had no time limit, but this time I am going for 100 days. Wish me luck. Last time I went around 75 days, but I don't know, because I didn't check when I started. It's been a great day and my cheez…

Rededicating myself to 100% raw again, for at least 100 days. Last time I made it around 80 days, and I didn't have a specific goal, but this time I do!

Inspired by pics

I find myself increasingly inspired by pics of people's before and afters. Whether they are raw or not, they inspire me to keep going. I have never weighed less than my husband, and that doesn't make me feel good. I don't have a goal weight in mind; I just plan to let my body go where it goes. I know I can make it to that magical place called "Ideal Weight". Ha ha, it's all very funny, and I just plan to enjoy the ride.
Love to all,
Sam

Day 1 100%, again

Today is my 1st day 100% raw, again. The last time I had no time limit, but this time I am going for 100 days. Wish me luck. Last time I went around 75 days, but I don't know, because I didn't check when I started. It's been a great day and my cheezy wilted spinach salad was delish. I am craving another presently. I've been nibbling on a pomegranite for a couple of hours. It's fun to eat, if you have the time :).
Well, I'm off to have a yummy salad with a seasoning I made myself! ooo, exciting!

Good Food

I made the most delicious sauce today. Chili cheez sauce on wilted greens. Wow. Also, a lady brought over a lot of muscadines for my grandma today. We had to sample them, and they are so good. Yesterday my cousins from out of town came out and we went persimmon hunting. We found some, and they were so good. My cousin took some seeds home to plant, but that will take forever. All the little cousins (my kids and hers) fed the horses yesterday and had such a great time. Ah bliss. God is good.

Sorry i'm so slow, but thanks SOOOOO much for the chili cheez recipe, it's been wonderful to have & use! My daughter loves to improvise, so we've added various things to it (tomoatoes, chives, TONS of garlic, etc) & we're really enjoying it! i appreciate you taking the time to sharing it with me!
So how's your raw journey goin' lately? Are you back on track, after your dinner yesterday? What helps me is plan for my FAVORITES for the first week or so, by then, I'm past the initial detox/withdrawal/cravings, & back on track!
You can do this! Just stay focussed on your goals! One day a time & the next thing ya know, time's gone by, & you feel better by the day, & the changes come....& stay!!!
