I am definitely struggling with this, too. Once I found the raw food lifestyle and its benefits, I want to literally SHAKE PEOPLE and get them to wake up. My friends think I am a little nuts at time, and it's probably true. It's frustrating to present them with the truth and a better way of living, and have them choose to continue struggling through life. I realize that the right to choose is an innate right, but goodness. I guess I am trying to find the pleasant middle between fanaticism and apathy.
