Place in Vita-Mix blender in the following order, start on low speed, dial up to high, then run on high for about one minute.
2 bananas - if you use fresh, not too ripe, there's less sugar in the bananas
2 T of raw cacao nibs, or 1.5 T of raw cacao powder
2 T of goji berries
3/4 or 1T of flax seeds
6-8 oz of almond milk
