Well I went back to the Dr today to get my Cortisol test back. It shows that I barly had any Cortisol at all. so he gave me a script for it. Then they did this allergy testing. Ill find out those results Tuesday. I swear I have more visits with Dr's than with freinds for coffee. Something is wrong with this picture. Oh and also I brought up the subject with my dr that there were certain test I didnt see on my homone/thyroid panel and I wanted to know why they didnt request these blood test. FSH… Continue

You know, I have never tried wheatgrass. I am not sure where to get it around here. I live in the land of deep-fried SAD. I know I can buy the little growing wheatgrass things at the health food store, but I don't think my juicer would juice something that small.

SQ,
Of course I remember you. I am so glad you are enjoying sewing. I am finally getting back to my corsets. We moved to Spring, TX. In a few years we plan to move to Austin. Thank you so much for thinking of me. I hope you and your loved ones are happy and healthy. I am feeling much better now. ((Hugs))
Warmly,
Alexis

Babies have all these extra survival reflexes..they lose them at 2 years old, however some people never do and that casues stress to the system, and dyslexia, autism etc its too much info getting channeled into the nervous system and brain (thats why I dont believe the MMR vaccine causes autism after I found out about NDD and the fact you can CURE dysexia and autism..)...I know a great NDD therapist who has done marvellous things.. I didnt keep up the exercises, ... or sound therapy.I am just too lazy and due to illness, i lapsed etc

At least I know why I have the problems i do have...high adrenal out put etc..nearly all but cured by meditation and tai chi....this was causing my Raynuads syndrome etc

Its a fascinating subject...

The tea houses sound great! I worked at one for a couple years in Heights, called The Healing Tree. It is closing now because of tough times. My husband Chris and I are thinking about taking it over and making it into a raw foods tea house. I LOVE making tea.
I know this isn't all raw, but I make a vanilla rooibos mocha tea latte that is really good! (It has chocolate soy milk in it.)

I've tried those coconut waters, and actually got some for my daughter for school lunches. She liked them. I'm planning on having her 7th birthday party here at the house with a little yoga class where we do animal poses...I want to have raw foods (and maybe tuna salad sandwiches on sprouted bread for those who eat meat. Not sure about that part yet though)

I thought we could have makeup/face painting time and a fairy tea party or something, with raw chocolate truffles and teas.

Anyway, I just came up with the tea party thing!!

Talk to ya soon,
Tawni

Hey, I was thinking and you know what's really helping me quit coffee?

Tea Lattes. Sometimes I'll get a vanilla rooibos latte from Starbucks. I make tea lattes for myself here at home too. I was having three to substitute for my coffee, and now I'm having two a day. =P

Im so happy Im doing better. I only had 1/2 cup coffee this morning and a green juice with orange.

Talk to ya soon!

Yeah, eating bananas in the morning is really good, I really like green smoothies but my blender broke and I've been making buckwheat cereal. I soak the buckwheat groats for one or two hours, then rinse them about 3 times, dry them well and make a granola with them. I put banana, strawberry, blueberry, agave nectar, blue-green algae, green food powder, ground flaxseed, and sometimes some soaked almonds. Mix everything together really well.

Anywho, was great hearig from you...
And Yes, Calming for the work place:

Shoulders back,
belly tucked (locking the bandhas)
Deep Breathingm, Diaphram expanding with breath
Being aware yet just observing

If you focus on bringing the shoulders back and lifting the top of the head, and breathing, it really takes the stress away.

I hope these things help~
Love and Light,
Tawni

These are things that came up for me to tell you, taken from yoga.
