Why Do You Want to Join Raw Fu?
I have been following Bunny Berry's vlogs on you tube for a couple of months and LOVE her!! She makes me laugh! I have been dabbling with the raw lifestyle and have had struggles with feeling very guilty every time I waver off a little. Bunny is so inspiring with reminding me that it is about consistency rather than perfection. I feel that I am highly addicted to food that is bad for me and need HELP!

I am very confident that I can do it now and am excited to be apart of a raw community. (There are not many raw foodies here in Saskatchewan, Canada :( )

Oh wow, off camping aye! Sounds awesome. Try and pack lots of raw yummies, so you dont get tempted for the marshmellow and hot dogs, and hot chocolates, etc. :) Get a real scrummy pack of scroggin, nuts, seeds, raw chocolate drops, dried fruit, be yum :) Pack some satchets of soup away, that just need boiling water added, then maybe some fruit and raw bars, have you tried lara bars? they are really yummy. :)

Did you weigh in today? I didn't get your numbers from you. :) Mine are listed in the post before this one. I hope to lose a kilo by next tuesday, 2.2lbs. Thats ma goal for this week.

So yea, goals..... each week, i'd really like to lose a kilo, so 2.2lbs each week. I need/want to lose 9 kilos all up, so the sooner the better I reakon :) So yea longterm, is to get 9kilos of this extra fat off ma bod, and KEEP it off. Then just to learn more and more about recipes i can do/make, and about different vitamins and minerals and what role they play in the body. To top up my knowledge about raw foods, and protein and all that, so I can back myself up when people bag the rawness that I do. :) Ummm, and to hopefully help other people wanna be healthier too, increase my fitness levels. Pretty much just be the healthiest I can be, but not so that food and exercise dominates my life, just a real healthy balance and mindset about it all. :) :)

Now go weigh yourself and give me your numbers like I have below...then we can check in with each other on Tuesday. :)

Current Weight as of this morning: 74.7kgs/164lbs.
Weight Loss from Last Week: Not counted since this is our first weigh in for Raw challenge. :)
Weight Loss overall: 5.3kgs/11.6lbs
Weight till goal: 8,7kgs/19.2lbs

Just left a message for ya in the Raw Weight Loss group.
Not many raw foodies in Sas Canada aye, same here, hardly anyyy in New Zealand. Its crazy, I know of 1 other raw foodie. eeek. Makes me wanna move to Hawaii, they are everywhere there, who wouldn't be with all that amazing tropical fruit aye :)
