Oh my goodness, it all looks so, so delicious! There isn't a single dish shown that I wouldn't love to try. I love seeing how raw food encompasses the spectrum-- from simple smoothies and salads to a gorgeous, multifaceted feast.

Because the SAD diet I've been eating all my life no longer works for me. I'm in the process of greatly reducing my processed sugars and carbohydrates, and increasing my intake of fresh, raw vegetables and fruits. I am more interested in finding ways to prepare tasty veggie dishes as raw instead of cooked, and there is so much inspiration here!
I am on a journey, like everyone else here. I don't have a particular goal in mind yet, but that's okay. I am learning, growing, and living more healthfully--and really enjoying the process!
Update: I'm so excited about Bunny's WholeFu Challenge! I've been looking to integrate all the seemingly disparate aspects of my life and really focus on who I am and what's important to me. In raising my kids, tending to their needs, and helping them reach their goals, I've kind of lost track of MY OWN goals and needs. I am going to take this opportunity to get to know myself again!
