Where in ND are you from? We are in GF for school (UND) but lived in the Southern end of the state before that.

I had a great trip to Chicago! I even managed to make it to the post office and get a little something sent off to your sister! I’m back now and neck deep in emails! I’m really excited to see what has been going on Raw Fu when I was gone! Hope all is well with you and that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I'll have to remember what I did. The basic concept was from M.Kenney's Everyday Raw Lemon Cheezecake..But I did a bit of tweaking. Will look at the recipe in the book and write back to you later.
