Goals
Meditation - Meditate twice daily to focus the mind, to help with discipline.
Marathon - Training for a marathon next year, to prove to myself that I can do it!
Raw Veganism - To find a way to help with lactose, alcohol and meat intolerence, asthma, rheumatism, sinus allergies and gastritis.
Studies - To study a little everyday, put an end to procrastination and find my way back into academic excellence.
Silence - To speak less
