I juiced a daikon radish once to make the soup. It was horridly bitter and HOT. I had to throw it out. I thought it would have a mild flavor. Are they supposed to be this way?
Wendy!! GP sucks, big time! I've done so much experimenting in the last 16 years since being diagnosed. I've found raw is truly the best and only way to go. Here in Colorado, the winters are so cold, I do have to have steamed vegs, baked potato, rice, soup, etc. And of course, coffee is my vice =)
