Why Do You Want to Join Raw Fu?
I've been transitioning to RAW for just over a year now and I LOVE it. I want to be a 90-100% Raw Vegan but I admit I have good weeks and bad weeks. So days I am so motivated to be healthy and others I just want to curl up with a bag of chips and hide.

I love community and being a part of this one I think will help me because there is not much of a local Raw community here in Sudbury, Ontario. I'm super excited about the new RawFu 100 day challenge and thrilled that my friend is going to do it with me.

I can't wait to feel alive, healthy and vibrant. There always seems to be so many obstacles to overcome in life and I'm so glad I'm hoping them, one at a time. In all areas of life.

The last 2-3 week I have not been raw and I was sick (due to a virus) because I was not raw... my body took a long time to fight off the virus and I've had no energy. So my house is a disaster. Especially my kitchen. It's so messy I don't even know where to start!

Yes I do.. I've started by committing back to raw food. As I get a few raw meals in me and start to cleanse out the other junk my energy will rise and my focus will return. And I will regain my health. Then I'll tackle my kitchen one item at a time. And all of the other projects that I am now behind in will get caught up this week as well.

I've also joined the YMCA so I can start working out as well. That will really help me to release some extra weight that I don't need anymore! I bought a laptop as well. Because most of the work I do is on the computer and this will me I can get out of my office more often and still get stuff done. I can head to the Internet café to meet clients.
I can work in bed. I can take a road trip and still work! Ahh the freedom! Now to get a passport!

I hope everyone is doing well on their journeys to Wellness!!!

I think I lost that much without exercise because I ate about 800 calories a day until i started getting more active. Which is too low and not healthy. I eat much more now. About 300 cal. more. Nice to hear from you!

Hi Rayvin, Nice to hear from you. I started exercising as soon as I had lost enough weight to be able to do it. At 173 lbs. I was not even able to walk around the block without getting tight in my chest. I was about 135 lbs. when I started taking small walks and gradually built it up. As i lost more weight I started walking faster and longer. Now I walk 4 mi. per hour, 3mi. each time or do some kind of cardio at least 5 days a week for 40 min. I love to dance, sometimes I do that instead of walking. Hope this helps, it really helped tone my legs, stomach and hips. Take Care
