I LOVE young coconuts too so can appreciate your enthisasum over them! My mother buys them for me as presents now! And husband doesn't really like the meat (apart from if it's in a smoothie) but I adore just picking at it fot a snack.....have to be carful not to drop any on the floor though otherwise my dog just gobbles it us!
