I just want something that offers help in English since the people I'm currently learning from speak Chinese, and I'm not fluent in it so sometimes I'm not certain what they are trying to explain to me even if I can see them demonstrating:-) Your pictures of climbing are c-r-a-z-y by the way! Right now I'm super proud that I just made it to the top of the climbing wall once, using the easy side...hanging upside down must feel awesome!

New to the 80/10/10....got the book in today and starting to absorbe the facts....I realized the avacado a day habit is a bit much.....any suggestions for a newbie...I have been doing this about a week and working up by nanas in the morning as well as fats and food combining issues...a couple of tips would be great
my daughter and I think your quite amazing....we love the new photos on your website...your a fantastic role model for young and "old"
