I think it was some sort of cauliflower curry with a sweet sauce over some sort of coconut something...I'll try and figure it out.
The artichoke hearts aren't raw. I have no idea what this recipe was - something about the dressing, but i'm not sure, sorry. I remember it was delicious, though. :-)

Lori Sheppard is on this Raw Fu and told me about Pangaia which is on the other side of the island from me. Her son works/lives there. Don't know if it is the kind of experience you're looking for - but thought I'd mention it. I'm hoping to get a chance to do a little mini retreat for myself there in the next year sometime.
Best of luck on the move experience. That is always an exciting time.

- Aloha~ I've been stalking your blog (in a good way:) since shortly after LIG last year in Vancouver - ever since I saw you mention being raw. Raw food just kept coming up in my life and, really, reading your blog was when I decided it wasn't just for nutty extremists! LOL. Unfortunately, I just missed getting in on the last 100 day challenge, but I sort of went that way on my own then joined the 40 day mini challenge and this time around am all in!
I was at LIG without my kiddos last year. I'm getting excited to be there with them this year and would love to meet you (I remember seeing you in the lobby). Are you planning to go? My kids are 11, 9 (tomorrow!) and 6.
