I am noTORious for late night eating. I usually get off work late so I finish dinner around 11 pm and then try to stay up till 1 so I have enough digestion time. I ALWAYS feel icky and gassy in the morning. (Always, as in, since I've been in raw foods.) Thanks for the advice. I hope to be posting throughout my trip at home so that I can be accountable and also cause I think it will be interesting. How are the workouts going? Sweating a lot lately? ;-)
Just wanted to reach out to ask for advice. I am going home in July for two weeks and I am really excited. I am sorta intimidated about continuing raw there though. I talked to one of my sisters tonight and she asked me, "So are you going to eat RAW the whole time you are at home??" And I told her I was gonna try and then she said, "There's gonna be a lot of YUMMY food at mom's!!" Sorta tempting me, and I realized, damn, not only am I going to have to try to make my own menu, but I am going to have to deal with my sister(s) who will prolly patronize me. They are great sisters and my family is loving but I know I will get a lot of critiques. Either way I am planning on doing my best... but still worried about the fam's reaction. Any advice from your end?
eating is the best and I love thinking about it especially when it's raw and going to feed and nourish my body. If you make exercise part of your routine, you lose that sense of feeling bad and never have to worry again. Exercise is my religion.
