Well, so here I am. Kept it simple...one meal at a time. One Green Smoothie at a time. Started moving my body and my mind and soul followed! Amazing how this works.
This Raw food world has so much too offer. Trying not to get overwhelmed. Bought a Blendtec monthes ago and love, love, LOVE the whole food smoothies and soups I can make with that thing!
