Sorry - rinse overnight :). Also this is high protein and glutten free

This was my favorite find! Raw buckwheat, rince and soak overnight. You can eat after soaking of let sprout. I use 1/3 cup topped with almonds or walnuts apples raisins banana and cinnamon or nutme...

"Consistent persistence in the directions of your dreams" sister...that's what I always say. I actually decided to specifically not give up the coffee this time and rather see when my body didn't want it anymore. It took a lot of the presure off.....

Lilmraw - Do you know by chance if you can eat the leaves that surround the cauliflower? I have a bunch and thought it might work in a smoothie. My neighbors takes our zucchini leaves and uses them steamed for a Korean dish.

Day 2 - is underway

I have to say that I really like this idea of starting my day by stopping eating at 3:00pm...instead of in the morning. For me, the afternoon - evening time is a big challenge. Kids are home, snacks are being made, everyone is celebrating the afternoontime together...it is easy to have some of this and a bit of that. day 1 - mid day

so odd, I never drink coffee past 10am and poured a second small 1/2 cup. This will have to stop. It makes my skin feel terrible right after I drink it. Anyhow, funny thing. As I'm wanting to build a warm and peaceful home I was thinking how do I draft this out for my family. They still want healthy cooked whole foods so I thought oh the temptation. My day 1 is underway. This is a journey of living in vibrant health each day. Although I'm excited for what will come, I'm switching my focus to enjoy the energy and lesson of NOW. My 100 days

I am so excited to find this great site. I am starting my 100 days and then when the group begins again, I'll renue and start up. I love raw foods and how energized, clear,and calm it makes me feel. I want to stay in that space for more than 5 days...I'm writing this with hopefully my last cup of coffee in hand. So I will be Nov 11 to Feb-19. I'm coming up on my 40th birthday in April and I would love love love to reach that feel what I know if possible.
