Happy Thanksgiving! I have to admit I'm a bit envious - the love feeds my soul, but I don't function if I eat SAD. Have a wonderful trip!!!

MY HEALTH IMPROVEMENTS

When I started eating raw I thought I'd give it up in 3 days - I never stick to any self-improvement program. But I started to feel better really quickly, so I stuck with it but only at a high-raw level (can't do 100% yet). All of what I have written below happened within TWO WEEKS!

1. No more bursitis pain after 18 years.
2. No more hair loss.
3. No more vascular constriction pain in my calves after more than 30 years of it.
4. No more bleeding gums when I floss.
5. No more afternoon naps and 8-9 hours of nighttime sleep. I’m sleeping just 6 hours now and never feel tired during the day.
6. No more symptoms from Sjogren’s automimmune disease (arthritis, dry mouth, dry eyes).
7. No more clogged nasal passages. I now sleep with my mouth closed (much more attractive!!!)
8. Weight loss at a slow pace, without being hungry.
9. Glowing skin like I’ve never had before.
10. An overall happier mood consistently.
11. Spiritual enhancement. I recommend Nancy Zilversmit (spiritual teacher, psychic, channel, medium, light worker, exorcist) to help you on your path of growth. Sanctuary of Sacred Space website and Outside The Box radio show.)

Love to all!

i read your comment about not liking any raw crackers :) -- i am playing around with different combinations -- hopefully i can find one thats pleasing to the tastebuds -- is it just an adversion to the taste of flax or just the crackers in general -- all of my taste tests go thru my SAD bf and he actually eats my cinnamon raisin flax crax and took some to munch at work (gasp) -- quick simple recipe too

Definitely don't use that much chia! I'd start by doubled the chia to 6 T and see.. Another thought I have is to replace two cups of the almond pulp with 2 c zucchini or turnip or parsnip..

I have never worked with dehydrated pulp.. so I'm not sure how that changes things.. Can you compare the texture of it to anything? Storebought breadcrumbs maybe?

I'm glad the flavor came out well.. too bad the texture didn't! I wonder if using dehydrated pulp affected that as well because that amount of chia usually works for me.. or maybe I am way off in my estimations.. lol.. keep playing around with it! Do you think you should have doubled the chia?

You may need to add a bit more water than a cup... not sure. after you add the water, let the mixture sit for 15 minutes so the chia seeds can gel. You want the mixture to be pretty gloppy..maybe somewhat like a thick pancake batter..

I think the amounts I listed should cover close to 2 dehydrator sheets..

I will do my best to come up with approximations... the next time I make crackers I'll actually write down a recipe... but this is what I'd do..

4 C almond pulp
3 T chia seeds
1/2- 1 c water
1/2 c nutritional yeast
1 T onion powder
2 t garlic powder
2 t sea salt (use 1 first, taste and add more if you think it needs it)
1/2 t black pepper
1 T paprika
1 T apple cider vinegar
several grates fresh nutmeg if you have it

Mix everything together. Taste and if it tastes good then you're good to go.. if not, add enough salt/pepper to make it taste decent. You can add more spices too if you want.. Remember, flavors will intensify a bit in the dehydrator..

Spread on teflex sheets or use an ice cream scoop and flatten into rounds ..
dehydrate at 115 for 4 hours or until you can peel them off the teflex and onto the screen dehydrator sheet. Continue to dehydrate for at least 10 hours and up to 15.. flipping every four or so hours if possible.

I live in University Heights. Isn't there a Cilantros on the coast? The one here was dirty and the service was sloooooow.
Truly bad.
