Kind of a rough day for me..

Headaches, Nausea. Traded massages with my partner this evening (we are both masseurs). Felt a lot better. Kind of awake now, was feeling like I badly need rest. I discovered the raw/live food diet almost exactly 23 years to the date--
23 is a number of chaos!

I took right to it--
being raw was more about sprouting tho, really, more than anything, from my point of view;
cooked brown rice (let to cool) mixed with sprouted lentils,braggs,olive oil and brewers yeast...
that was my lunch by default Because those things were always avilable in my kitchen.

Lot on my mind today but I think all start off somewhere else is a bit more of a help to all those who think eating raw is expensive.
Yes it is expensive if you are eating a lot of super foods, expensive fruit and expensive tree nuts; but, if you work on learning by trail and error what works for you and refining that into a group of staples that are both cheap and easy for you to improvise recipes eating raw doesnot need to be expensive; especially when sprouting lentils,mung, buckwheat
