Good luck! I think it is great to start with a month... that is what I am doing as well, and I hope that it will not end there... I think it is important to set small goals for yourself!

You CAN do this, no matter the surroundings! When you set your heart to it, & you're ready, things fall into place....perhaps you can ask your friends for support, let them know what you're doing & why, so you can find other fun things to do toget...
