I know what you mean about too many fats. I really cut down my nuts when I started to make extra green smoothie. I drink a huge one every morning, about half greens and half fruit and then put the rest in the fridge to have later. When I feel like I need a snack, I would normally go for nuts, I now go to for a smoothie. It helps me to have it made and ready to drink. I also cut back on my raw fudge, I only make a spoon full at a time, when I have that in the fridge I reach for it and eat it all up. It's best for me to have to take the effort to go and make it. Hope that helps, I am pretty new to this and there is probably someone else who could give you a better answer!
Things are going pretty good here for me too. I really want to try hard the rest of this week to stay 100% so I will be ready for the 1st. I did buy a journal and now am writing down all the food I put into my mouth. It has helped me before and I sure hope it helps again!
