Judy, i just wanted to say that your beautiful comment to me really, really blesed & encouraged me greatly...thank-you so much for your kind & loving words. They came at the exact time I needed to hear them, & brought tears to my eyes.

...I'd really love to get to know you better!
So how are you doing with raw? Are you doing high raw, or 100%? I'm finally back to 100%, after my 2 week trip to my sister's...I wanna stay 100% forever, I feel sooooo much better on it!
Hey, do you know about goneraw.com ? It's one of the best raw recipe sites I've seen, you can even look up recipes based on what appliances you have!
So what's your favorite recipe you've tried so far? I've been longing to make a raw lazagna, my friend made some once, & it was incredible, but I haven't had the time to make it yet! { Soon!!! }
Gotta go get some sleeeeeeeeeep now,
& rest these wrists!

Have a really wonderful Sunday, k?
& thanks again,
for your acknowledgment of seeing my heart.

Hello Judy, thank you for your lovely comment. I have been so busy this week that I haven't had time to check in. Regardless of how busy I am, though, I have been making a point of drinking my freshly squeezed green juice in the morning. I think those leafy greens are pure magic! Who would have thought that I would enjoy freshly squeezed silver beet and various types of spinach and Asian greens...for breakfast! Even my partner has had it some mornings...I am so impressed! Three-fours weeks ago I felt completely drained of energy and everything was an effort. Not surprising, I had also derailed from my healthy habits. Mostly out of desperation I renewed my commitment to a certain agenda (such as juicing and cutting out refined sugar) and after two weeks I really started to notice the difference in energy level. I feel so motivated now to stay on this path:)
Hello:) I just read your comment over at Michelle's and wanted to say hi:) I live in Townsville. It is getting pretty hot up here now and it makes it easier for me to eat more raw:) I am so enjoying this journey. Have a nice day:)
Oh your my first friend on Raw Ful I am really pleased. I discovered this site as I am a hugh fan of Kris Carr and googling her enough times I came across this site.
Ok so here the best ever chocolate recipe in the whole entire world. Now don't worry if you don't like dates because I don't like them but you can't taste them.
2 handfull dates (soaked)
1 handfull brazil nuts (soaked)
1/4 cup of raw cacao powder
40grms raw cacao butter
100grms coconut oil
about 3 teaspoons of agava nectar
optional (macca powder)
Melt on very low heat cacao butter and coconut oil. Put all ingredients in food processor and blend. Then I put it into dish I use a pirex dish (I try and not use plastic) and freeze for about 1 hour. It is just the best, it is much more fudgie then like normal chocolate. You can also make it without the dates it becomes more like real chocolate.
I have broken foot at the moment so I had to use one of those scoters at the shopping centre today, I was abit embrassed at first but then I really liked it!!! I think my boys were a little envious. Hope you have a lovely weekend. Hope to talk to you again.
My husband & I are heading up to Queensland tomorrow for 11 days. What's the weather like? We'll be in Brissy for 2 day then the Gold Coast for the rest of the time.
