I am planning on getting my booty to yoga at least twice a week~ i've been hurtin'!! I'm at least going to rebound for 10 minutes every day to get my lymphatic system a'moving... more likely i will be biking to work some, too! :)

oh my goodness i can't believe that's the name of my blog post. but that's precisely what happened!!!
perhaps now would be a good time to explain... cop porn is what my best friend calls popcorn. and now i suppose it's what i call popcorn as well. ;) ANYWHO.....~ ~ ~ ~ ~

i keep changing my raw food status on this board. none of the options really capture where it is i'm surfing this raw food wave at the moment. i've had it on all three options :)

My Thanksgiving menu with recipes!
This Thanksgiving was certainly the best ever... visited with family in the morning & then had a raw 'potluck' that only i ended up making food for (laugh~ which ended up being perfect~ i had enough food for one and all and the combinations were great so we all felt light and delicious afterwards too to enjoy a delightfully cerebral and hilarious game of scrabble! :)

- I made the onion rings and they are fantastic! I used flax and sunflower seeds for my powder, I didn't have any sesame seeds on hand. They are so yummy, we have already almost finished them!!! I'm going to turn around and make another batch already! Yummy. Thanks so much for the great recipe. We also made key lime pie today, the batter taste really yummy, I can't wait to try it tonight. Today is my day 5 of 100% raw and I am feeling pretty peachy, I'm so glad to be back on track!
