I don't do recipes, I mainly eat straight from the garden, as simple as possible feels the best with me!!
I sometimes make smoothies but usually prefer to feel the flavor & textures one at a time, I also eat some freshly caught fish from the fishermen right next to my house once a week, make some carpaccio with lime & a dash of olive oil, fresh herbs or spices... Big salads, depending on what was at the market.
Smell, touch, feel, see, taste, ENJOY!!! with your heart, the less possible with your head... :)
One more question. You said fresh coconut. Fresh mature coconut grated? Or young coconut meat chopped up? Or dried shredded? I guess any would work, but what do you use?
