And I think that eating the seeds should be fine. As long as it feels right to you, it shouldn't be a problem.
I'm still experimenting around with different foods, etc. I am pushing myself to do 100% raw for the challenge, so throughout those 100 days, I should be able to find a couple things that work and taste good. LoL.
I'm doing really well - today, I managed to stay 100% raw, even though I didn't have dinner at work with me, and my coworker was offering me some tastycakes. LoL. So I'm proud of myself. And my body feels better for it, too. I can't even imagine what is in them.
your "after" shots are so super inspiring!!! i mean - you looked great before, by non-raw standards, but these after shots just blow me away. probably the most inspiring thing i've hit on the site, because i'm in "pretty good" shape, my body weight is "fine," my BMI is "fine." but that's just not good enough. i want a transformation like yours! thank you so much for posting!!
