Things are not bad here. I'm working from home for a while then going out in a couple hours. I'm very impressed with your numbers. Wow. I can't seem to make the scale budge. I'm better when I stay off it and just focus on my daily goals for food and exercise. I joined a gym yesterday and water jogged for 30 minutes. Stayed raw all day. I haven't officially started my challenge. I'm just practicing and getting my kitchen and plan in order for 8-1. I'm not sure how much weight I'd like to lose, but somewhere between 50 and 100 lbs. I like your website and will be following your progress. I like your garden harvest. Can't really have a garden here in the Arizona desert. Well, keep up the good work and thanks for the shout out.

The chicken was not bad, but it was not really good either, it was better with the dipping sauce. I wrote a little blog on my page about what I ate today that was really good, my peach shake an short bread! YUMMY! My word girl, you are an animal, look at that weight chart! WOW!

I feel so incredible when I eat raw (and so lousy when I don't) but I struggle with staying raw. I think doing this as a group, with excitement and momentum, I can get past the point where I start slipping and sliding. I can't wait for it to start... thank you for doing this!
