Life is pretty good here. Lots of challenges to work on but overall pretty good. How are things down under. Your winder is coming to an end and mine is about to start. Neat huh.
hi! I am just trying light training. I need to get in shape and I love to feel strong. The only issue is my body likes to get big and I really want to gain lean strength. I have strong legs but have noticed my arms are getting bigger that I want them to. I am new to this and just learning. My sister in law does contests but she likes to eat LOTS of meat when lifting. I was going to ask her about eating and protein powders and such but shes so into Chicken and rice daily.
I am doing well. I just bought a home so have not been living so raw because i dont have a good kitchen right now. I will be moved in this week and hope to get all my kitchen set up.
Hi! Saw your picture and I thought you may be a good person to ask about weights. I just started lifting. Do you eat more protein...any food ideas you have for me would be great. I have never lifted weights before and I keep on being told to use protein power. Is there any that is raw? Thank you so much. Ann

Thank you for the video comment & welcome to RAW FU! You've got to tell us all how you maintain those muscles on the raw food diet. I am going to start working out soon and would like to know what you use to refuel your muscles after a weight resistant workout. Keep up those raw muscles!
