- Just found you and am so glad! The 100 day challenge just happens to coincide with when I decided to start my raw transition. After being diagnosed pre-diabetic I decided to not listen to doctors who told me full-blown diabetes was inevitable. After being a vegetarian for 20 years, I'm now transitioning to a vegan, mostly raw diet.
