Day 4 and I'm still raw. Had smoothie with banana, grapes, spinach.
You can add onion, spices and spinach to the pulp and make fabulous veggie burgers. Very good dehydrated.
Hey Bunny, If you put a plastic bag in the pulp catcher part of the juicer before you juice, that will be one less piece to clean. I use the plastic bags you put the produce in at the grocers.
Does not matter. Tampon just seems so much cleaner to me.

Day 1 was a piece of cake. It always is. One is always hyped on the first day. Now all I need is motivation for the next 99 days. So far today I have had melon juice, raisins ad walnuts. Stupid combination, but very tasty.
I'm here because I need to be healthy. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. Will report as often as possible.
